Welcome to Heart Failure relative Gene Database! The database is developed by the Institute of Cardiovascular Research & Information Center of Peking University Health Science Center. It has lots of information about Heart Failure relative genes and proteins. And it will be great significant for biomedical scientists who focus on the research of molecular mechanism of Heart Failure to search for relative knowledge and information.

There are 520 genes in the database which are relative to Heart Failure. It has information of four aspects: gene, gene relative protein, function and other useful sources on web. There are 57 data sources for each gene to cover nearly all parts of the four aspects. In it include symbol, sequences of nucleotide and protein, structure of protein, map and organism of nucleotide, phenotype, function...... Also there have useful web sources such as PubMed, OMIM, HomolGene, LocusLink, GDB, SNPs, GenCard, HGMD et al.

But still we have to improve the database to make it more useful and fulfill the hope of most biomedical scientists.

We will update the database to follow the up-to-date development in biomedical sciences every month and hope everybody will support the development of it.

And recently, we add lot of information about Interaction of proteins and Gene expression into the database.

Thank you for joining us!
